Visiting Healthcare Consultant and therapist of the Clinic

All visiting Healthcare Consultants in our Medical Team does not practice medicine in our clinic. Only resident physician or visiting physician with a certified medical practicing license issue by Singapore Ministry of Health has the right to perform medical practice and treatment within their professional field in our clinic. The role of visiting Healthcare Consultant is to give professional advice to our resident physician within their professional field, only resident physician has the right and final decision on any medical treatment or recommendation to our patients. Our clinic does not hold any responsibility for any of our Healthcare Consultant and their advice to the patient; take their advice at your own risk. We do not hesitate to terminate our relationship with any of our Visiting Healthcare Consultant if they provide medical advice to our patients under our company name without notification to our resident physician.

All qualifications of our Visiting Healthcare Consultants may not be accurate, all information were provided by the Visiting Healthcare Consultants themselves, our clinic does not hold any responsibility for their qualification if you suffer any loss when engaging their services without notification to our resident physician.

All therapists (Reflexologist, Massage Therapist) from our therapeutic department are not medical trained or qualified in any kinds of medical fields, there are complaints and comments that some of our therapists claims that they can diagnose or treat any sickness or diseases to the clients, we treat this as serious matter, please report to us if you found any of our therapist whom claim that they can diagnose or treat any sickness or diseases, we do not hesitate to take serious action to the therapist, including of terminating their services with our clinic.

Our relationship with other healthcare companies

We have built a strong relationship with different healthcare companies; some of the companies have engaged us as their consultant (Advisor). We provide professional advices to these companies within the field of our profession and knowledge. We do not involved in any of these companies businesses and internal affairs, we do not hold any responsibility for the products safety of these companies. We do not allow any of these companies to use our name to promote their products.

Important notice: We do not involve and do not welcome MLM (Multi Level Marketing) company’s products into our professional practice. Disregard how good is the products or marketing plan they claim.

We don't usually collect testimonial from patients, we only get testimonial from patients who willing to share their experience with others. All testimonials were written by our patients themselves and send to us by emails, we do not collect testimonials through words from mouth.
